Job Details

• Delivering state and local compliance services and consulting solutions, focusing on multi-state income tax, franchise tax, sales and use tax, gross receipts tax, and property tax matters.
• Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and professional growth.
• Determining tax objectives, engagement scope, and methodology while participating in decision-making with client leadership.
• Leveraging available technology and resources to maximize technical efficiency on projects.
• Developing and executing a practice development plan, including networking, new client development, and client expansion activities.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience in public accounting taxation.
• CPA or Bar License is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to organize work effectively to meet deadlines.
• Proven ability to develop and mentor less experienced staff.
• Some local, national, and occasional international travel may be required.
