Responsabilités

• Identify, evaluate and develop strategies to reduce state and local taxes for all business units.
• Manage SALT audits and the appellate process.
• Research and draft memoranda to support tax positions on state and local returns.
• Provide ad-hoc support to the group as needed.
• Participate in cross-functional teams to implement tax planning strategies.
• Support merger and acquisition activity.
