Job summary

The Director will partner with Principals and Managing Directors to drive goals, supervise staff, and oversee complex SALT matters while maintaining quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Taxation required.
• Master's degree in Accounting or Taxation preferred.
• Juris Doctorate preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify research needs and analyze state guidance for SALT issues.
• Prepare memoranda and matrices on state tax treatment.
• Supervise SALT engagements and teams to ensure quality deliverables.
• Develop client relationships and contribute to business development in SALT.
