Baker Tilly, a leading CPA advisory firm, seeks a Senior State & Local Tax (Income Tax & Residency) to join our SALT practice. In this client-facing role you will advise high net worth individuals and family offices on residency, domicile planning, and state tax matters, collaborating with Private Wealth and other specialists.

You will lead state residency audits, respond to tax authorities, and help clients navigate multistate income tax issues, sourcing income, credits, and obligations.

Qualificações

• 4-year degree and 3 years of professional experience.
• CPA/CMI/Law JD eligibility.
• U.S. work authorization.

Responsabilidades

• Advise high-net-worth individuals on residency, domicile, and multistate tax planning.
• Lead state residency audits and respond to information requests.
• Advise on multistate individual income tax matters and credits.
• Coordinate with Private Wealth and other specialists for integrated advice.
• Research complex state tax issues and contribute to memoranda and client communications.
• Support business development and client relationship management.
