JOB OVERVIEW:

As a Sales Associate, you will learn many skills. You'll sell a variety of products, provide top-notch customer service, meet sales goals, and take pride in the cleanliness of the salon. You'll be successful because of your positive attitude, determination, and drive, as well as our in-depth training program that will teach you how to sell, use our software, and educate guests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Support store management in overall the efforts of the store's performance and appearance.
Greet customers, give tours, respond to questions, improve engagement with products and services, and provide outstanding customer service.
Meet monthly personal goals and go the extra mile to increase store sales.
Protect customer information and accurately manage financial transactions.
Maintain overall cleanliness of the store by completing daily chores and weekly deep cleans of equipment.

REQUIREMENTS:

18 years or older
High School Diploma preferred
Available to work flexible shifts
3 or more months of related retail experience preferred
