Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, resilient, high throughput, low latency software solutions for the GS Electronic Trading platform.
• Collaborate with team and stakeholders to understand and refine specifications for new features.
• Work across various problem domains and software stacks that support our Equities cash and derivatives business lines.
• Monitor the health of the production trading system and respond to alerts as needed.

Basic Qualifications

• Proficiency in Java or C++.
• Understanding of algorithms and data structures.
• Knowledge of core programming concepts such as concurrency and memory management.
• Experience with version control and SDLC processes.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
