Qualifications

• Must graduate from an accredited cosmetology school and obtain the necessary license(s) to perform salon services within or before 90 days of hire-date
• Excellent communication with customers, coworkers, and management
• Ability to manage time effectively in a dynamic salon environment

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them across channels of communication
• Learn the ins and outs of growing the business and controlling expenses by observing other stylists and managers
• Keep the salon clean and follow safety standards
• Assist in daily salon operations and participate in training for promotion to stylist
