Cost Cutters in Wisconsin is seeking a Stylist in Training for a temporary 90-day program. You will learn the ins and outs of growing the business while delivering exceptional customer service across all channels of communication.

As you train, you will greet customers, answer the phone, keep the salon clean, and follow safety standards. You may be eligible for promotion to a stylist once you obtain your license. Promotion is not guaranteed and depends on earning licensure and performance.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited cosmetology school.
• Obtain the necessary license(s) to perform salon services within 90 days of hire.
• Strong communication with customers, coworkers and management.

Responsibilities

• Learn the ins and outs of growing the business by observing stylists and managers.
• Greet customers and answer the phone with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Keep the salon clean and follow safety standards.
• Work toward a promotion to stylist after licensure is obtained.
• Be able to use the point-of-sale system and enter data.
