Job summary

Ulta Beauty is seeking a Stylist who consults with guests on hair care needs and delivers quality professional services with a focus on the guest’s total look. You will support the Experience Manager and Assistant Services Manager while driving service sales and delivering exceptional guest service.

The role requires a Cosmetology license and prior salon experience is preferred. You will work to maintain salon standards, build client relationships, and participate in ongoing trainings to stay

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license is required.
• Previous relevant salon experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair services including design, cuts, color, texture, styling, updos, extensions, makeup, and ear piercing where applicable.
• Meet or exceed sales and productivity goals for hair services and contribute to retail and service sales.
• Demonstrate business acumen and opportunities for growth.
• Perform product demonstrations to drive sales and guest experience.
• Support in-store events, promotions, and marketing initiatives for an unrivaled guest experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve guests.
• Maintain prompt, regular attendance.
• Develop guest relationships and provide total-store guest experience.
