Job summary

SUGARED + BRONZED in Austin, TX is seeking friendly Salon Receptionists to greet clients, check them in and out, book appointments, and keep the front of house welcoming and organized. Join a fast-paced team with part-time or full-time options, a predictable schedule posted in advance, and clear paths to grow, including potential advancement to an Airbrush Technician with bonus earnings.

Responsibilities

• Greet, check in, and check out clients with our appointment booking system.
• Learn and maintain knowledge of services, memberships, and products.
• Maintain front of house organization and cleanliness, including lobby and product shelves.
• Support back of house upkeep, including laundry, disposables, and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Answer client questions about appointments, and before and after service care.
• Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

Our Salon Receptionists are passionate about creating an exceptional experience for every client. From the moment a client walks through the door to their final interaction before leaving, receptionists make every part of the S+B salon experience welcoming, smooth, and seamless. In this role, you will check clients in and out, schedule appointments, maintain cleanliness throughout the salon, and respond to phone calls and text messages. At the heart of it all, each store operates like a supportive, tight knit team focused on delivering the best client experience.

RECEPTIONIST RESPONSIBILITIES

The pay range for this role is:

17.05 - 17.05 USD per hour (TX - Austin - Downtown)
