Job summary

Sugared in New York is seeking a friendly Salon Receptionist to check clients in/out, schedule appointments, and keep the front of house welcoming. You will help maintain cleanliness and assist in phone and text inquiries, contributing to a smooth, best-in-class client experience.

Ideal candidates bring strong customer service, clear communication, and multitasking ability in a fast-paced salon environment. Part-time or full-time schedules are offered with growth opportunities and staff perks.

• Support back of house upkeep, including laundry, disposables, and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Answer client questions about appointments, and before and after service care.
• Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.

YOUR DAY TO DAY

Our Salon Receptionists are passionate about creating an exceptional experience for every client. From the moment a client walks through the door to their final interaction before leaving, receptionists make every part of the S+B salon experience welcoming, smooth, and seamless. In this role, you will check clients in and out, schedule appointments, maintain cleanliness throughout the salon, and respond to phone calls and text messages. At the heart of it all, each store operates like a supportive, tight knit team focused on delivering the best client experience.
