Job summary

SUGARED + BRONZED is seeking a friendly Receptionist to warmly greet clients, manage check-ins/outs, and coordinate appointments at our New York locations. You will learn our services, memberships, and products while keeping the front of house organized and inviting.

In this role you will handle calls and messages, support salon operations, and contribute to a seamless guest experience. Growth into technician roles is possible with performance and tenure.

Responsibilities

• Support back of house upkeep, including laundry, disposables, and maintaining a clean work environment.
• Answer client questions about appointments, and before and after service care.
• Respond to client emails and text messages regarding appointments and services.

Your Day to Day

Our Salon Receptionists are passionate about creating an exceptional experience for every client. From the moment a client walks through the door to their final interaction before leaving, receptionists make every part of the S+B salon experience welcoming, smooth, and seamless. In this role, you will check clients in and out, schedule appointments, maintain cleanliness throughout the salon, and respond to phone calls and text messages. At the heart of it all, each store operates like a supportive, tight-knit team focused on delivering the best client experience.
