Job summary

SmartStyle Hair Salon Smart Hair, LLC is seeking a passionate Salon Leader to run daily operations, mentor a talented team, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You’ll set the pace by combining hands-on styling with leadership to grow the business and elevate client satisfaction.

You will manage scheduling, inventory, and reporting, hire and train staff, and pursue growth opportunities with a commitment to service, teamwork, and beauty excellence.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license is required.
• Demonstrated leadership and prior salon experience.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Set the pace by working behind the chair—demonstrating skill, service, and leadership in action
• Motivate and coach your team to hit goals and shine
• Provide top-tier client consultations and retail recommendations
• Manage salon operations—scheduling, inventory, and reporting
