We are seeking a Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experience to manage our multi-unit salons as a District Leader within partnered Senior Living Communities.

Position: District Leader

Job Type: Full-time, 5 days a week

Compensation:

• $24/hour for Administrative & District Leader duties (up to 16 hours/week). Compensation applies when not providing services behind the chair.
• Behind the Chair (BTC) days: Minimum of 3 days/week at 52% commission, paid per service or guaranteed hourly wage, whichever is higher.
• Starting at 52% commission, with annual increases per company policy.

Position Requirements:

• Valid state Cosmetology license and reliable transportation
• Minimum 4 days/week doing cosmetology services behind the chair
• Retail sales experience
• Basic manicures and pedicures
• Basic email and computer skills
• Experience in caregiving environment (preferred)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to walk, reach, stand for 6+ hours, lift/move 50 lbs., stoop, kneel, crouch
