We are seeking a Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experience to manage our multi-unit salons as a District Leader within our partnered Senior Living Communities.

Position: District Leader

Job Type: Full-time, 5 days a week

Compensation

• $20/hour for Administrative & District Leader duties (up to 8 hours/week). You will be paid hourly for duties outside of chair services.
• Behind the Chair (BTC) days: Minimum of 4 days/week at 52% commission, paid per service or a guaranteed hourly wage, whichever is higher.
• Starting at 52% commission, increasing annually per company policy.
• First 30 days: Guaranteed hourly wage vs. commission BTC.

Position Requirements

• Valid state Cosmetology license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum 4 days/week doing Cosmetology services behind the chair.
• Retail sales experience.
• Basic manicures and pedicures skills.
• Basic email and computer skills.
• Experience in caregiving environment preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk, reach with hands and arms, stand for at least 6 hours, lift/move up to 50 lbs, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
