- Responsibilities: Provide expert hairstyling services, specializing in bridal and special event styling. Consult with clients to create personalized looks that complement their features, attire, and wedding theme. Ensure a nurturing and safe environment for guest relaxation and beauty enhancement. Maintain salon cleanliness and adhere to sanitation standards. Stay updated with the latest bridal hair trends and techniques. Perform opening and closing procedures, restock salon supplies, assist with inventory, attend meetings, and participate in product knowledge sessions.
- Qualifications: Licensed Cosmetologist in Wisconsin, High School Diploma or GED, minimum 3+ years experience in bridal and special occasion styling. Skills in blow dry styles, updos, braiding, and temporary extensions. Makeup skills are a plus. Excellent communication, organizational skills, professionalism, and team spirit. Willingness to continue education and demonstrate skills on models during interviews. Must adhere to safety protocols.
