PS Salon & Spa is looking for a Professional, Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experience to manage our multi-unit salons as a District Leader within our partnered Senior Living Communities.

Position: District Leader

Job Type: Full-time, 5 days a week

Compensation

• $25 an hour for Administrative & District Leader Duties: Up to 16 hours a week. You will receive an hourly rate for all assigned duties when not working behind the chair.
• Behind the Chair (BTC) Days: Minimum of 3 days a week at a 52% commission rate. Paid per service or a guaranteed hourly wage, whichever is higher.
• Commission starts at 52% and increases annually per company policy.

Position Requirements

• Valid state Cosmetology license and reliable transportation
• Minimum of 3 days a week performing cosmetology services behind the chair
• Retail sales experience
• Basic manicures and pedicures skills
• Basic email and computer skills
• Experience in a caregiving environment preferred

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk regularly
• Reach with hands and arms
• Stand for at least 6 hours
• Lift/move up to 50 lbs
• Stooping, kneeling, crouching frequently
