We are seeking a Licensed Cosmetologist with Management Experience to manage our multi-unit salons as a District Leader within our partnered Senior Living Communities.

Position Details

• Position: District Leader
• Job Type: Full-time, 5 days a week

Compensation

• $25/hour for Administrative & District Leader duties (up to 16 hours/week). Paid hourly for duties outside of chair services.
• Behind the Chair (BTC) Days: Minimum 3 days/week at 52% commission, paid per service or a guaranteed minimum wage as per regulations.
• Annual increase in commission rate after start date, starting at 52%.

Position Requirements

• Valid state Cosmetology license and reliable transportation.
• Minimum 3 days/week providing Cosmetology services behind the chair.
• Retail sales experience required.
• Basic manicure and pedicure skills.
• Basic email and computer skills.
• Experience in caregiving (preferred).

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk, reach, stand for at least 6 hours, lift/move 50 lbs, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
