Supercuts is seeking a Salon Manager to lead daily operations in Irvine, CA, overseeing staff, schedules, and delivery of Supercuts hair care services. This role drives guest satisfaction and salon profitability while maintaining quality standards.

Through ongoing training and seminars, you will elevate technical skills, mentor staff, and help grow the salon’s clientele in a friendly, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology or barber license and manager license as required by state regulations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to provide exceptional guest service and quality consultations.

Responsibilities

• Lead salon operations and staff to increase clientele and profitability.
• Provide full range of hair care services offered by Supercuts and ensure high guest service standards.
