Supercuts in Irvine, CA is seeking a Salon Manager to lead daily operations, deliver outstanding guest service, and drive salon growth. The role requires a current cosmetology or barber license, flexible scheduling, and proven leadership abilities.

You will oversee service delivery, staff training, recruitment, and profitability, with in-house training and a clear career path through Regis franchise resources.

Formación

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to provide exceptional guest service and quality consultations.
• Ability to perform administrative tasks using a computerized register and light housekeeping.
• Ability to resolve guest issues and lead a team.
