Qualifications

• Current cosmetology or barber license and manager license as required by state/provincial regulations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Provide exceptional guest service, understand guest needs, and perform services efficiently.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, transactions, and light housekeeping.
• Ability to resolve guest issues and lead a team.
• Ability to train staff and guide on business and technical matters.
