Job summary

Regis Corporation is seeking a Salon Manager in Oklahoma (Altus) to lead salon operations, provide leadership, and drive profitability. You’ll coach staff, grow clientele, and ensure high-quality hair care services offered by Supercuts are delivered with excellence.

You’ll hire, train, and manage conflicts while maintaining a positive work environment and flexible schedule including evenings or weekends. Travel for mandatory meetings is required.

Qualifications

• Must have cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.
• Strong leadership with customer-service focus and positive attitude.
• Ability to train staff and manage salon operations.
• Willing to travel for mandatory meetings and training.
• Comfort with reading, writing, and basic math.

Responsibilities

• Be the heartbeat of the salon managing operations and providing leadership.
• Lead by example to grow clientele and profitability; teach business basics to stylists.
• Provide all hair care services offered by Supercuts and ensure quality.
• Coach and mentor staff to maintain a positive work environment.
• Hire, recruit, train, and handle conflicts and client complaints professionally.
