Sport Clips Geist in Indianapolis is hiring a Store Manager to lead the store team, manage numbers, and enhance client experience. You’ll have real authority and support from an Area Manager, with pay tied to store performance and growth opportunities.

You’ll be behind the chair part of the week, earning a base rate of $30–$44 per hour plus monthly Manager Bonuses, tips, and quarterly Team Bonuses. Weekend shifts and ongoing leadership development are included.

Qualifications

• Active Indiana cosmetology or barber license required.
• Salon or barbershop leadership experience preferred.
• Ability to be measured by store performance and numbers.

Responsibilities

• Own the store's results: client count, wait times, retail, and client satisfaction scores.
• Hire, train, schedule, and coach a team of stylists.
• Run daily operations: opens, closes, huddles, inventory, and payroll accuracy.
• Set MVP experience standards behind the chair and floor.
• Read numbers weekly and act on them with available reports.
