Job summary

Hair Cuttery is seeking a Salon Manager who acts as the CEO of their salon, driving growth, profitability, and a vibrant culture. You will mentor the next generation of salon professionals while leading day-to-day operations and ensuring outstanding guest experiences.

The role blends coaching with entrepreneurial oversight and people leadership. You will recruit top stylists, maximize the guest journey, and use our Stylist App and Zenoti to reach sales targets, while maintaining safety,

Qualifications

License: Must have a cosmetology license in the state you are applying for.
Work Authorization: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Experience: Minimum of 12 months in a prior Leadership role preferred.
Availability: 40 hours per week (5 days/8 hours per day).
Dexterity: Ability to stand, walk, and perform repetitive salon motions.
