Job summary

Hair Cuttery is seeking a Salon Manager to act as the CEO of your salon, driving growth, profitability, and culture. You’ll mentor the next generation of salon professionals while actively managing a schedule and performance metrics.

You’ll lead with energy, focus on payroll and performance analytics, and partner with schools to recruit top stylists. Expect a fast-paced environment with strong emphasis on guest experience and team development.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license in the state of application.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum 12 months in a prior leadership role preferred.
• 40 hours per week (5 days/8 hours).
• Dexterity for salon motions and standing for long shifts.

Responsibilities

• Scout talent by partnering with local beauty schools and building a strong stylist team.
• Lead the guest journey and demonstrate guest service excellence behind the chair.
• Use data and tools to meet sales goals, optimize schedules, and grow the salon brand.
• Mentor associates using the IGROW model to support career development.
• Maintain a safe, clean salon that complies with state standards and OSHA.
