Supercuts, Inc. is seeking a Salon Manager to maximize profitability and guest satisfaction by delivering the 360 Service Experience. You will lead by example, hire and coach staff, set salon goals, and ensure a professional, inspiring environment where teams perform at their best.

You will manage scheduling, cash handling, reporting, and operations while collaborating with trainers on growth opportunities. Strong cosmetology credentials and state licensing are required.

Qualifications

• Must have 360 Service Experience and strong technical skills.
• Ability to coach, lead and inspire others for high performance.
• Strong business management skills: goal setting, scheduling, cash handling and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Interview and hire staff.
• Evaluate employee performance through effective 1:1s.
• Set goals for individuals and the salon.
• Document important conversations, incidents and goals.
• Approve time off and communicate with Area Manager when needed.
• Conduct salon meetings and share updates.
• Collaborate with Technical Trainer on salon opportunities.
• Take inventory and place orders.
• Develop a talent bench to support career advancement in the area.
