Regis Corporation’s SmartStyle Salon in Bartlesville is seeking a Salon Manager. You’ll lead daily operations, coach a team of stylists, and ensure guest satisfaction while controlling salon profitability.

This role requires a current cosmetology or barber license, the ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends, and travel to mandatory meetings. Medical, dental, vision, and life plans are offered.

• Current cosmetology or barber license as required by state regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee salon operations and provide strong leadership.
• Help staff grow clientele and improve profitability of the salon.
• Perform all hair care services offered by SmartStyle and ensure highest quality for each guest.
• Coach and mentor staff to maintain a positive work environment.
• Hire, train, and manage conflicts and client complaints with professionalism.
