Job summary

Regis Corporation seeks a Salon Manager for a high-traffic, high-growth salon inside a Walmart location. You’ll lead a powerhouse team, coach stylists, manage scheduling and inventory, and drive profitability while delivering outstanding guest service.

You must hold a current Cosmetology or Barber license (manager license if required by state) and be willing to work at least 38 hours weekly, including evenings and weekends. Bonuses are based on salon growth and guest counts.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and hire talent; coach stylists to be the best in the business.
• Handle scheduling, inventory, and the numbers to ensure salon profitability.
• Provide great cuts, color, and guest service while leading by example.
• Maintain the salon vibe: clean, professional, and positive; ensure towels are folded and stations sanitized.
• Resolve guest complaints and scheduling conflicts professionally.
