Great Clips is seeking a Salon Manager in Wisconsin to lead a team of licensed stylists while continuing to cut hair and stay connected with clients.

You will coach, develop, and motivate a team, maintain operations, and drive service excellence. This hands-on leadership role offers built-in client base, strong support, and growth opportunities within the world's largest salon brand.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (state requirements vary).
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

What you bring to the team

To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you’ll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
