Great Clips is seeking a Salon Manager in Mentor, OH to lead a licensed team and drive exceptional salon performance. You will manage daily operations, coach stylists, and balance administrative duties with hands-on service to deliver outstanding haircuts.

We look for licensed stylists with leadership potential who adapt quickly, communicate effectively, and foster a positive, productive salon culture. Training and support help you grow with our brand.

Qualifications

• Requires a valid Cosmetology or Barber license as applicable by state.

What you bring to the team

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
