Great Clips operates as a locally owned salon network seeking a Salon Manager in Zebulon, NC. If you’re a licensed stylist who enjoys coaching others and building strong teams, this is your chance to influence salon performance and client experience.

As a Salon Manager, you’ll lead the team, manage daily operations, and mentor stylists while ensuring excellent service. Compensation includes $30–$40 per hour with commissions, plus medical and retirement benefits and PTO.

What you bring to the team

To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you’ll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
