Great Clips South Austin Westgate salon in Austin, TX is seeking a dynamic Salon Manager to lead a busy team, deliver great haircuts, and ensure outstanding customer service. If you’re a licensed stylist with leadership potential, this is your opportunity to grow.

You’ll mentor stylists, manage daily operations, and benefit from paid leadership training, PTO, holidays, insurance, and performance-based earnings of $26–$42+ per hour with tips and commissions. Barbers and cosmetologists welcome.

Qualifications

What you bring to the team

To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you’ll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
