Overview: We are looking for highly skilled, motivated, and energetic Salon Managers with proven ability to drive service and retail sales through a strategic plan while delivering an exceptional guest experience. - Strong technical skills; quick learner of new software applications and experienced with POS systems
- Experienced in creating staff schedules, managing inventory, and retail merchandising
- Able to work with marketing on various initiatives
- Committed to maintaining a clean, professional work environment
- Collaborative with the Director of Operations Excellence on goals and growth plans
You Must Have:
- Up-to-date Florida cosmetology or barber license
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and occasionally Sunday) and peak hours as determined by the salon
- Passion for the hair and beauty industry and making people feel better
Responsibilities:
The Salon Manager oversees daily operations and the salon vibe. Your high energy and enthusiasm are contagious!
- Oversee a team of stylists, manage scheduling, inventory, and customer experience
- Help set and achieve salon sales goals, motivate the team to exceed targets
- Maximize productivity and performance of the team daily
- Hire, support, and retain talented stylists
- Ensure schedules are maintained, the salon is clean, and customers receive a superior experience
- Maintain a professional, fun, respectful work environment
- Participate in ongoing training and skill development
