Job summary

Great Clips salons are seeking a Salon Manager in Ohio who is a licensed cosmetologist or barber and excited to coach others, build a strong team, and run the salon at its best.

You’ll earn $25–$32/hour with incentives, weekly pay, bonuses, and Sunday pay, plus medical, dental, and vision benefits, with flexible scheduling and growth opportunities. Leadership training and a supportive corporate framework help you succeed.

Qualifications

What you bring to the team

To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you’ll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
