Great Clips is seeking a Salon Manager to lead a locally owned salon team, coach stylists, and drive exceptional customer service. The role involves taking full leadership responsibility and overseeing daily operations to ensure a smooth, high-quality haircut experience.

You’ll implement leadership training, mentor staff, and leverage technology to improve efficiency, all while delivering outstanding results and growth opportunities within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (state/province dependent).

What you bring to the team

To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you’ll need:
