Great Clips is seeking a Salon Manager in Chillicothe, Ohio. If you’re a licensed stylist with leadership flair, you’ll coach teams, build a strong culture, and help the salon run at its best, balancing service with operations.

You may be an Assistant Manager or an experienced stylist stepping into full leadership. The role combines hands-on hair services with people-management, scheduling, and performance tracking using the latest Great Clips technology.

What you bring to the team

To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you’ll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
• Proven leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
• Comfort with technology and salon tools (scheduling systems, metrics, and reports)
