Great Clips Careers of ND & MN seeks a licensed stylist ready to step into a Salon Manager role, combining hands-on hair services with team leadership. You will mentor staff, manage daily operations, and reinforce a positive salon culture.

You’ll be supported by training and resources to build a strong, reliable team focused on great haircuts and exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (state requirements)
• Strong leadership ability or readiness to take on full salon responsibility
• Excellent communication skills and the desire to motivate, develop, and support a team
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage day-to-day salon operations
• Comfort with technology and salon tools including scheduling systems, metrics, and reports

What You Bring To The Team

To join a Great Clips salon team as a Salon Manager, you’ll need:

• A valid Cosmetology and/or Barber License (requirements vary by state/province)
• Strong technical haircutting skills and the ability to help others grow their skills and confidence
