Job Description

Must have an upbeat attitude with a commitment to provide an unforgettable, fun, and exciting haircut experience for each of our client children and parents. Ability to listen to and communicate with clients to ensure their complete satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Hire, lead, coach, and train team members to achieve performance and salon goals.
• Operate Point-of-Sale software system.
• Multi-task effectively in a fast-paced atmosphere.
• Work well with kids.
• Organize employee shifts.
• Oversee and maintain the health and safety of customers by following laws and rules set by the state board of cosmetology/barbering.
• Report directly to ownership.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience.
• Availability to work weekends.
• SC Cosmetology License.
