Job summary

Supercuts is looking for skilled stylists to join a busy salon in Allen, TX. You will deliver professional services such as haircuts, color, highlights, waxing, and more while maintaining a friendly atmosphere and handling guest check-ins by phone or online.

The role requires current cosmetology or barber licensing and a manager license as needed by state regulations, with the ability to work evenings and weekends and to lead and develop a team for consistent guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology or barber license and manager license as required by state regulations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Provide exceptional guest service, understanding the guest’s needs, with quality consultations and services.
• Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, transactions on the computerized register, close-out procedures and light housekeeping.

Minimal Qualifications:

• Current cosmetology or barber license and manager license as required by state/provincial regulations
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to provide exceptional guest service, understanding the guest’s needs, providing quality consultations and performing services requested in an efficient and professional manner.
• Ability to perform administrative tasks such as completing schedules and transactions on the computerized register, performing close-out procedures and light housekeeping duties (Banking Procedures, Inventory for salons, staff meetings).
• Ability to resolve guest issues
• Ability to effectively lead and develop a team, creating a positive work environment, training and providing guidance on business and technical competency matters and resolving associate issues
