Palm Beach Tan in Schertz, TX seeks outgoing leaders to develop sales teams, drive store performance, and elevate customer and employee satisfaction. You will train staff, meet goals, and mentor the team in a commission-driven environment.

The ideal candidate thrives on setting and achieving sales targets, completes a comprehensive training program, and aspires to advance into management roles within the organization.

Qualificações

• High school diploma, or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• 1 year supervisory experience in retail.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods (7+ hours) and lift 25 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Meet sales goals and train, motivate, mentor, and provide feedback to staff; including coaching, counseling, disciplining employees.
• Schedules and assigns employees; following up on work results.
• Achieves financial objectives through effective monitoring of controllable expenses such as labor, cost of sales, and expenses.
• Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with all legal requirements.
• Manage and assign tasks to ensure stores are clean, stocked, organized, and customer ready.
• Establishes rapport with customers building loyalty and long term relationships.
• Creates a positive, motivating, team based environment.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze daily sales and expense information and perform all other financial analysis to maximize sales and net profits.
• Safeguard and account for all money received and be responsible for banking requirements.
