Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven experience in retail/customer service environment.
• 1 year supervisory experience.
• Able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods (7+ hours).
• Able to lift 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation and flexible availability including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, and orienting employees.
• Meet sales goals and other performance criteria by training, motivating, mentoring and providing feedback to sales staff.
• Schedules and assigns employees to meet operational requirements.
• Monitors expenses to achieve financial objectives.
• Ensure store compliance with legal requirements and store standards.
• Manage tasks to keep stores clean, stocked, organized, and customer ready.
• Builds rapport with customers to foster loyalty.
• Creates a positive, team-based environment.
• Investigates and resolves customer concerns promptly.
• Analyzes daily sales and expenses to maximize profitability.
• Handles cash and banking responsibilities.
