Sun Tan City is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to lead a high-energy salon team and drive daily sales and exceptional client service. You will coach staff, oversee scheduling, inventory, and cleanliness, and partner with the Salon Director to deliver a seamless, positive client experience.

The role requires a proven sales background, strong communication and organizational skills, and a warm, energetic leadership style.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience in a retail/salon environment.
• Strong communication, coaching and team-building abilities.
• Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple priorities and schedules.

• Willingness to coach, train, and drive customer service and sales excellence.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and coach team members to hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
• Lead by example in sales, customer service, and operational excellence.
• Deliver ongoing training, performance feedback, and accountability to your team.
• Oversee salon operations alongside the Salon Director, including scheduling, inventory, cleanliness, and client experience.
• Assist in developing promotions and using sales metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
