Job summary

Robert Andrew Salon & Spa in Gambrills, Maryland is seeking an experienced salon leader to guide recruitment, development, and operations of a luxury brand with a loyal guest base and a 33,000 square foot facility.

You will partner with leadership to attract top stylists, mentor teams, improve guest retention, and drive service and retail performance while maintaining high standards of guest experience and technical excellence.
