Qualifications

• Three years of experience as a stylist, with leadership experience preferred.
• Must maintain a valid cosmetology or barber license.
• Ability to lead the team and manage salon operations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire salon staff to meet staffing needs.
• Evaluate team performance and set individual goals.
• Model service techniques and consult with clients to upsell services and products.
• Lead local marketing initiatives, including coupon campaigns and client appreciation events.
• Educate clients and team on home hair care and recommended products.
• Maintain client satisfaction and build loyalty through excellent service.
• Oversee administrative tasks: timecards, scheduling, inventory, onboarding.
