Job summary

Regis Corporation’s SmartStyle is hiring full-time Salon Leaders to run and grow a busy salon, leading a talented team while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Leaders will balance chair time with management duties, coach staff, manage scheduling, inventory, and reporting, and ensure outstanding client consultations and retail recommendations.

Flexible availability including evenings and weekends is required.

Qualifications

• Active/Valid cosmetology license.
• Strong leadership and salon experience.
• Passion for beauty, artistry, and results.
• Great communication and time management.
• Flexible availability (including evenings & weekends).
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 25 lbs., and work with fragrances/chemicals.
