Supercuts, Inc. is seeking a Salon Manager in Massachusetts to lead daily salon operations and provide superb guest service. You will train staff, manage schedules, and drive profitability while maintaining the highest quality standards and client satisfaction.

You will oversee all hair care services offered and ensure exceptional service, accurate consultations, and a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires a cosmetology license and a state manager license where applicable.

Qualifications

• Current cosmetology or barber license and manager license as required by state regulations.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Exceptional guest service, understanding the guest’s needs, providing quality consultations and performing services.
• Administrative tasks on computerized register, banking procedures, inventory, and staff meetings.
• Ability to resolve guest issues and lead a team.

Responsabilités

• Lead salon operations and provide leadership/tools for staff to grow clientele and profitability.
• Deliver high-quality hair care services and ensure guest service standards.
• Provide quality consultations and replicate looks at home with guidance.
• Manage schedules, close-out procedures, and light housekeeping duties.
