Regis Corporation is seeking a Salon Leader to drive salon operations, lead a team, and deliver exceptional client experiences. You will recruit staff, coach teammates, and model Regis’ standards across services while maintaining a flexible schedule to meet business needs.

The role emphasizes leadership accountability, marketing participation, and ongoing professional development in a vibrant salon environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid cosmetology or barber license.
• 3 years of experience as a stylist preferred.
• 1 year in a salon leadership role preferred.
• Hair Stylist Academy completion certificate for Supercuts SLs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recruit top talent and interview/hire to meet staffing needs.
• Evaluate team performance and set goals.
• Model quality services by consulting with clients and applying service techniques.
• Lead local marketing initiatives and promotions.
• Educate clients on home care and product recommendations.
• Build client loyalty through excellent service.
• Provide customized consultations with final pricing.
• Complete leadership admin tasks (POS, timecards, inventory, onboarding).
• Communicate effectively with clients, team, leadership, and support.
• Meet or exceed salon productivity standards.
• Protect salon assets and ensure cash handling procedures.
• Lead, train, and model all salon services.
• Maintain flexible shifts, including nights/weekends.
• Attend required training and meetings.
• Enforce Regis policies.
