SmartStyle Hair Salon in Florence, AL is seeking a dynamic Salon Leader to oversee daily operations and ensure exceptional service. The ideal candidate will hold a current cosmetology license, show strong leadership, and manage a team, schedules, inventory, and customer satisfaction.

We offer up to 60% commission on services, up to 25% on retail, ongoing training, a $500 sign-on bonus after 90 days, and bonus opportunities from performance.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current cosmetology license.
• Proven leadership experience in a salon or similar environment.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to train and lead staff, and manage salon operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the salon team to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding service.
• Provide the full range of haircare services while maintaining client satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, scheduling, and daily operations.
• Train staff on customer service, product knowledge, and sales techniques.
• Oversee marketing efforts to attract new clients and promote services.
• Ensure a clean, welcoming environment for clients and staff.
• Monitor expenses and optimize salon performance.
