Job summary

American Salon Group is seeking a passionate Salon Leader in Indiana to run day-to-day operations, mentor a skilled team, and deliver outstanding client experiences. This role offers leadership, growth, and a $500 sign-on bonus paid over the first year.

You will lead behind the chair, coach staff, manage scheduling and inventory, and drive sales with a strong guest-focused culture and performance-driven goals.

Qualifications

• Active cosmetology license required.
• Strong leadership and salon management experience.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Ability to coach and motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a salon team to achieve goals and deliver excellent client experiences.
• Provide top-tier client consultations and drive product retail.
• Oversee salon operations including scheduling, inventory, and reports.
