Job summary

Regis Corporate is seeking a results-driven Salon Leader to guide a high-performing team, deliver exceptional client experiences, and grow the business.

You’ll lead operations, mentor staff, manage scheduling and inventory, and ensure outstanding guest service while maintaining professional standards and profitability.

This role requires hands-on leadership, clear communication, and a passion for beauty. Flexibility with evenings and weekends is essential to drive success in a busy salon.

• Active cosmetology license is required.
• Proven leadership and salon management experience.
